Wednesday’s Card: Peerless Watercolor Kitty

Peerless Kitty

Hi All,

This is my second post of the day. My first post is a review and tutorial of the Peerless watercolors. I love these watercolors – beautiful and easy to blend. In this video, I used them to color the cat, which is from Some Odd Girl’s Hipster Pets set (the same one I used last week on THIS CARD).

And since this is only my second time using these colors, I made some mistakes. You can learn from them. 🙂

I can see myself using these watercolors a lot in the future. Enjoy and have a great day!

I pulled out my Peerless colors this morning…haven’t used them in years and I had no idea that they were as versatile as you’ve shown. How fun!!!

Love it Darlene, you really make it look effortless!!! I also love how you never edit your videos, you always keep it real so we can learn from your little mistakes.
I’m getting this water colors for sure, I must wait a bit though, I’m over my June budget so I will definitely get them in July.
Thanks again for another great video.
Oh, by the way, I love how your daughter decorated the cover for the storage book for your color swatches, I can see that she takes after her mom!!!!! 😉

I’m holding my breath, hoping I can do a card that’s presentable with these paints. You make it look so easy, but we all know you have a lot of talent….me……not so much. I will give it a try though and let you know. Thanks for that adorable card and inspiration.

It does take a little bit of practice Lizzie. Be sure to use watercolor paper and start with less color. You can always add more. Good luck!
