Wednesday’s Card: Love You S’More

Love You S'More

Hi All!

This set called Love You S’More by Lawn Fawn is just so adorable. I love how many pieces come in it… lots of different things you can use it for.

There are three separate stamps for the fire, which I colored with Copics and then covered with my Wink of Stella clear pen. Here is a close-up:

Love You S'More

I used my Fluff background with some Fizz pigment ink for resist. I hardly ever deviate from a standard A2 card, but this card just demanded to be square. When I had it at A2 size, there was just too much red background. The square shape just really balanced out the elements. I’ll have to consider that as an option in the future when things aren’t working out. Just a little tip.

Enjoy the video and have a great week!

Oh, it’s so cute! I love the squirrel roasting the marshmallow, and how you colored the fire and then layered the pieces makes it so realistic! I love the wink of Stella pen on the flames, it adds that extra interest. And the way you did the background is gorgeous! Great job Darlene! This card is so cute!
