Hi All,
This card was pretty quick and easy. If you’d like to experiment with watercolor, I highly recommend getting some watercolor paper. It makes a HUGE difference in your results. With this card, you’ll see how I was able to keep changing the background until I got the exact look I wanted. With regular paper, it’s much harder to change once the ink is on your paper.
I totally love this new sentiment set I got called Stripe Greetings. It has a lot of different sentiments I don’t have:
I also used this new set called Made By. It has a lot of fun stamps for the back of your card:
Okay, I guess that’s it for now. Enjoy the video and see you next time. 🙂

Very pretty! I love that color combo with those distress inks – but is there any bad combo with distress inks? 🙂 I LOVE that stamp set with the all the “Made by..” sentiments. I’m so glad SSS came up with that idea. As always, beautiful! Thanks for sharing!!!

Oh Darlene, I think I will try this technique, so much fun and the colors blend perfectly with one another, really fabulous. Every time I see you use this Heart die I say to myself, “I need to get it” but I put it off 🙁 . Well, no more, I will go and buy it, specially because I just love the way you fitted the row of hearts like a puzzle with the top and bottom of your paper.
Thank you for another fantastic card and video.
Off I go to get me those pretty little hearts.
Have a great week.
Maria.

Wow, love the idea of you using clear or pearl rhinestones and color them the color you need or want. Doing this technique is fun plus saving money in purchasing all the colors of different rhinestones which I totally love using in making my cards. Love how you used the three different distress ink to make the background, thanks for another great idea for a card.

Love your card & that watercolor technique! I’ve done that kind of thing, and you’re right–watercolor paper makes all the difference in the world. Thanks also for the tip on using the Stamp-a-ma-jig to re-stamp your greeting. I think I’ve seen that before, but a reminder is always good!
