Happy Wednesday All!
Well, Zumba was very interesting this week. The guy came back, I brought him to the front, and he had a great time. Then, after class, a woman came up to me crying because she couldn’t move her hips like mine. A 50ish-year-old woman. Literally… tears. She could barely talk. She said she took my class about a month ago and it took her this long to get up the courage to try it again. I’m still trying to understand it myself.
OK, so… the card. I love the way this card came out. The Kioshi line from Basic Grey is really pretty. You’ll notice in the video that it took me several tries to get this bow right. When I mean several, I mean close to 10. At the end, I figured out a trick that I will forever use. This is really good – you need to watch.
Enjoy the rest of your week!

Wondering if this is Stampin UP paper and what colors you chose – I love it!

Hi Julie! The paper is from Basic Grey – their Kioshi line. But, you could use any coordinating pattern paper since the base is Kraft. I would recommend one that is based on the Soft Subtles, like maybe Tea Party. Thanks for the comment!

I love the card will haave to try to make it. Neat trick about the bow, I can never get my bows to be real tight either. Keep up the great work. Enjoy your videos.
Jennifer
you crack me up… as I am closer to 50 than 40 🙂

ok, clarification on the “50ish”. I only mentioned her age so you could get a visual on a crying 50-year-old. I better be able to move my hips in 10 years!!

Love the card and the ribbon tip is a good one, I know what you mean about it being too loose

OMGosh, I laughed so hard! LOL Darlene “1”… Bow “0” I was verbally rooting for you, girlfriend! Is this where you got the glue dot idea? I watched so many videos where you use it going in…so, I was thinking..”where’s that glue dot, girl?” LOL Well, I am watching out of sequence, just clicking on some cards, and watching the videos. A bunch! Ssshhh, it kept me occupied while I am sick, so it’s all good. Thanks for sharing, especially the “bloopers”! Brightened my yukky day, for sure!!
