I had to use these watercolors again. If you missed my first post with these fabulous paints, you can check it out HERE. What’s prettier than a shimmery Christmas tree? Here is a close-up:
I used the Twinkle Trees set again. I created a couple of cards with the other tree in this set HERE.

These watercolours are really fantastic. I’m so glad you introduced us to them. And this card has given me an idea for one of my first Christmas cards for this year. I can hardly wait to get started on it!!! Thanks so much for inspiring me again.

I love this card. You did a wonderful job.

Beautiful card. You always show a way to use the stamp sets I tell myself I don’t need. It is so funny. You are so talented.

Great card, Darlene! Love the pearly colors on the trees–they really pop against the black. I also like the way the bands of color (mats) are around the panel. I usually have all one color for my mat, but I like the two-toned look. (Hope that makes sense!) I was so glad to see you had a video up today, Darlene. I had a, shall we say, less-than-productive card making session this afternoon, and am thoroughly disgusted with myself. Your videos always have a good effect on me though, and I’m feeling a bit better already! 🙂 Thank you! ~ Andrea

Sorry to hear about your card making session. I know exactly how frustrating that can be. I’ve had days where I work 4-5 hours and come up empty-handed. Well, I’ve created stuff, but it’s complete garbage. You feel like you’ve come to the point in your life where the ideas have been depleted and there’s nothing left to create. It was great while it lasted, right? No! Turns out, tomorrow is a new day and God refreshes us. When days like that come, even though it’s extremely hard, you have to just walk away from your craft table and accept that it’s just not the day for crafting. But have hope that tomorrow your ideas will come back to you. 🙂

I ended up buying these paints from Dick Blick after your butterfly card. Now I need to get them out and USE them! 🙂 Thanks for your inspiration – you always do such a great job for us blessed subscribers here on LLL! 🙂

Love those paints. I think I will have to invest in some of these. We all like a bit of shimmer. Thanks Darlene.

Hello Darlene: I love this sweet Christmas card, those paints are amazing, I bet they look even more gorgeous in real life.
My only complaint is that they are so expensive, 🙁
Thank you for another fabulous video, put me in the mood for the Holidays.
Hugs,
Maria.
