Unscramble This Interactive Card

Unscramble This

Hi All,

Is this just the cutest stamp set? It’s called Unscramble This by Lil’ Inker Designs and it has a matching die. I love the possibilities for all kinds of occasions. Do you know what else I love? Hero Arts Neon Inks. To me, they don’t appear super-neon. They are just really beautiful, bright colors.

I purchased this stamp set and die from Simon Says Stamp, but now it appears that Lil’ Inker is only selling their products through their own Web site.

Starting next week I’m going to try and keep to a Wednesday-Friday posting schedule.

I setup a LiveLoveCards Facebook page! If you LIKE the page, you will be notified in your news feed that I have made a post. Enjoy!

    Darlene,
I have had some of these dies for a long time and have never had the courage to try them. What a great treat to see how you worked with them. Can’t wait to try this out! Thanks for the inspiration!! We need it here in snowy Illinois.

Oh my gosh Darlene, this is just so darn cute!!! I must get me that stamp set, love it!!
I’ve never thought of using the Versamark ink as anything but a heat embossing ink and I love how it looks on this particular color of CS. Does it take long to dry? and can it work on other color CS? Love those neon inks, that green is just delicious!
I’m so happy lots of people signed up with you Darlene, I knew they would, how can anyone resist all this amazing projects and ideas.
Thank you so much for everything.
    Maria.

Hi Maria. Yes, you can use the Versamark for a tone-on-tone look with most colored cardstocks (lighter ones work better). I personally like the look of the kraft cardstock the best. It doesn’t take too long to dry – I find that it doesn’t go on as thick as a colored pigment ink, so there’s not a problem of smearing. Thank you for your encouragement. 🙂

I would never have thought to turn the border stamp around to make the stripes. I would have been sitting there stamping one color, cleaning the stamp, stamping the other color, cleaning the stamp, etc.

That’s one of the reasons I watch your videos — you keep me from doing dumb stuff like that! LOL.

    Great card, thanks for sharing.

Card is crazy cute! I love it.
Joined today and noticing something when IM watching the videos. There seems to be some sort of interference when I’m watching them. I don’t know if its just my computer or not but I get these little diagonal lines when you are doing things especially when you are fast forwarding. Its really strange but really distracting. The video also is not very clear. I didn’t have the issue on your other site, just this one.
    Has anyone else mentioned this?

I had one person say their bandwidth did not support HD. I’m wondering if that might cause your issues? There is an HD button on the video player. If you click it, the video will start playing in SD. See if that helps.

I have long been a follower of your blogs/videos and so glad you have moved into this type of venue. Now everything is in one place, easier to find than those earlier ones pinned (to Pinterest). I do love the card, second everone’s comments before me.

I would like to know what to do with the insides of cards. This great one today, for instance, already has “happy birthday” on the front…now where do you go inside? Hopefully, you will add that subject into one of your videos!

      Darlene DeVries

Hi SylTash. Normally, I leave the inside blank so that I can write a personal message. However, I did have someone just ask me that same question. I have added this subject to my wishlist of videos to create!

Hi Veronica! Welcome! To be honest, I don’t know where people are from unless they specifically tell me. Maybe someone from South Africa will read this and reply. 🙂
