Hi All!
I’m back to using black and white with my Crumb Cake. I was able to make 3 cards very easily without wasting any leftover die pieces. I used the Inlaid Squares Cover Plate Die, which I used on this card. It was kind of fun… like doing 3 puzzles.
Enjoy the video!

Awesome card set with a contemporary look; simple and clean.

Wow–love the bold, graphic look! I’ve done a similar thing with quilt block cover plate dies from My Favorite Things. With those, I used patterned paper, & just cut it once more for a solid frame piece. Of course, I have to make things hard for myself, and glue each piece into its respective “hole” individually, rather than putting tape on the back of the frame first! Anyway, I think these are fabulous cards, Darlene. Thanks so much for sharing! Hope y’all are staying warm–temperatures are supposed to go up later this week. Thank heavens–this winter in mid-November is a bit extreme, imho! LOL 🐱 ~ Andrea

I love these cards Darlene. I recently made a card for my grandson’s 21st Birthday in gray, black and silver and stacked one layer of colour which also looks very effective. There are so many combinations to give a different look.
