Hi All!
Bringing back The Whole Herd today. I love stamp sets like this… so many different animals to work with. I decided to try out my new Mini Windows die set by Ellen Hutson. After I finished the card, I realized that I could have used different windows for each animal. Oh well, I’m kind of an orderly, consistent kind of girl anyway, lol.
The first version of this card I created with my Simon Says Stamp Stitched Squares (my windows hadn’t arrived yet):
Not interactive, but still super cute. Enjoy the video and have a great weekend!

Hi Darlene, what a cute animal card for all ages. I didn’t get into card making until after my dad passed and he would have loved this card. He farmed and raised animals. I’m excited I finally have most of the Copic markers you use now! It takes awhile to build a collection along with all the other goodies. 🙂

Such a cute card. Love the little windows die too.

This is so cute Darlene, and I have the square stitched die set so glad you showed that as an example too, as don’t have the window die.

I love interactive cards for all ages. Such a cute farmyard scene!

That is an adorable card, Darlene!!

Great card! I agree about interactive cards. I’ve made some, and when I’ve shown them to my mom (before giving them to the intended recipients), she had no clue what to do! I usually try to make it obvious with some sort of instruction, like “open me” or “pull here”! LOL Kind of takes the magic out of it, but hey, what can we do? Anyway, I just love this design & the coloring on your animals. Thanks for sharing this, Darlene! 🙂 ~ Andrea

I love this card so much. It reminds me of those you made ages ago with the furry folk set by SU! I still have the peek-a-boo frames die and they work great with this design. Thanks Darlene!

Seriously? This card is so so cute and adorable. I can’t believe how talented a d creative you are. Darlene, I could watch you color for hours. I really like the whitewash look of the barn wood. I grew up on a farm. Just love this card.

Thank you Patti! 🙂

I ALMOST bought this set the other day because it’s too cute. But I didn’t because I have other farm animals. And then you go and make this card. So now I’m bummed I didn’t buy it — again. lol

Super cute card Darlene! I love the little windows. This would be so cute done on a barn-the doors and hay window. lol Hug, Brenda
