Hi All!
Today card was inspired by this card I saw on Pinterest. I loved the idea of personalizing a card that has real meaning. So, I made two cards: one for my husband (above), and one for my daughter (below).

When I first looked at the card, I thought it was a beach ball. When I looked closer, I thought it was such a clever idea to personalise a card in this way. I’m sure your husband and daughter really appreciated their card and all the sentiments you wrote. You are so blessed to have such a loving family. I’m very happy for you as I can tell you are a good Mom and wife too!

What a fun idea Darlene. I think I might make one each for our two daughters, 50 and 49 yo and our 47 yo son. It is interesting what is coming into mind what to say to each of them. I am sure you are very proud of both your daughters and of course, your husband.

I thought your piece about estrogen 24/7 was so real. My husband is in the same position as we have two young daughters and 2 pets who are female, even though the dog seems to not realize it. I think she was spayed way too early. Thanks for sharing your life and neat card idea.

Darlene, I don’t know how close you are to the hurricane but stay safe! We have been monitoring the news. I am on the atlantic coast in Nova Scotia so hurricane season has begun…we may see the remnants to Harvey yet up here! 😎
