Penny Black How-To Video Blog Hop and GIVEAWAY!

Penny Black Blog Hop

Hi All!

Welcome to my stop on the Penny Black blog hop. This hop showcases the new Penny Black large-scale stamps and coordinating stencils from the Happy Everything, Spring 2014, release. I am honored to participate!

I used three of the stencils with some distress markers and water to create these three cards:

Penny Black Blog Hop

The stencils are very detailed, outlining the thinnest stem, yet they are still very sturdy. I had such fun creating these unique backgrounds. For my video, I used the Promenade stencil to create this card:

Penny Black Blog Hop

And of course, there is an awesome giveaway on this hop! One lucky winner will receive the full collection of new Penny Black Large-Scale Stamps and Coordinating Stencils. That’s FIVE stamps and FOUR stencils! To enter, leave a comment on each stop along the hop, including the Penny Black blog. Besides the hop today, Penny Black will be featuring additional “How-To’s” all week long, so be sure to pop by and leave a comment on their blog each day. For an extra entry, “like” the Penny Black Facebook page (the “like” button at the very top) and post a comment. NOTE: This giveaway closes on Saturday, March 29 at 11:59 PM Pacific Time.

For a list of supplies, keep scrolling. For a complete list of blog hop participants, go to the Penny Black blog. Here are the marker combos I used on the cards (in the order they were applied):

  • Purple/Blue: Shaded Lilac, Seedless Preserves, Chipped Sapphire, and Broken China
  • Blue/Green: Peacock Feathers, Evergreen Bough, Salty Ocean, Mowed Lawn, and Pine Needles
  • Pink/Yellow: Festive Berries, Ripe Persimmon, Squeezed Lemonade, Spiced Marmalade, and Picked Raspberry

And now for the video….

You next stop on the hop will be Limor Webber’s blog! Enjoy your trip!
