Here are a few highlights for the month…
This card by Sherry is absolutely amazing – all freehand. And so creative! If you read her description, it’s a very personalized card. I want to be Sherry’s friend. 🙂
Next is this card by Jan. I love her use of color. Halloween colors, including black, show through the holes:
I think this design is great for any occasion or holiday. Holiday colors for Christmas, pinks/reds for Valentine’s Day, pastels for Easter… you get the idea. Add an appropriate sentiment and you’re done. Jan used alcohol inks, but you could use Colorburst powders and get a nice effect.
Sarah used her little Halloween critters very creatively on this card:
Putting them in front of a streetlight and then having it look like the mummy is tied to it is awesome! I love when someone can pull different stamp sets together and make it look like they were meant to be together. Great job!
Finally, this easel card by Chris:
Those veins in the head are really creepy! But, she made it adorable and less scary with the glasses. She submitted another one I liked with a black cat. Fun designs for a fun holiday.
Thank you again to everyone who participated. I’ll be back in a few to launch the November Kraft Challenge!
