Magical Christmas

Magical Christmas

Hi All,

Today’s card is pretty quick to make. I used the Magical Christmas set by Simon Says Stamp, and I think all the sparkle makes it look magical – especially in the snowflake paste. Here is a close-up:

Magical Christmas

I used woodgrain cardstock to keep it clean yet add some texture. If you don’t have this cardstock, you could always use an embossing folder on white cardstock.

Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend!

Love the card. It is very unusual with the sentiment inside the bear. I plan to improvise with the old Stampin Up Zoo Review stamp set for the bear. The effect of the snowflake paste is very special but was wondering if I could substitute glitter glue. It is definitely a unique card though and worth trying to replicate.

The snowflake paste is more like embossing paste. I think the glitter glue would be pretty, but it would be more glossy and probably more sparkly. Not that that’s bad!

Yes, I agree. Found the snowflake paste locally so bought it. Am into real reindeer cards of all types and thought the snowflakes paste would work for that. Up late communicating by text with some Texas schoolmates about the election. LOL

Beautiful card Darlene! I love that stamp set, thin it is really neat with the sentiment on in the animal. Loving that snow paste too, never seen that before. Hugs, Brenda
