Hi All,
This stamp set was one of my favorite buys. I’ve used it so many times! – sometimes as the main set, and sometimes in combination with another set. For example… this card, this card, and this card.
I was in the mood for a fun card, and I think this card fits the bill! Here is a close-up of the colored flames:
I’m leaving for New York today with Courtney! A little one-on-one time with my little one. Enjoy and have a wonderful weekend!

These S’more cards are all adorable. But s’mores are not eaten in Australia so it would take some explaining over here. Pity that because they’re so yummy too!

Connie, I wish I had known that they’re not eaten in Australia. My Aussie cousin came to Arizona for a visit and I would have made sure we had some!

Connie, so true. I lived in the USA for about 7 1/2 years and we’ve just moved back to Australia. We had a 4th of July celebration with friends, with smores over the fire pit. I was explaining that to my work colleagues and got quite a few blank looks. Had to explain what they were!! I must say, I do prefer the aussie chocolate and biscuits in the smores (just personal taste). When we ran out of biscuits the kids were using the brownies for their smores 🙂

Oops! Forgot to wish you a fun time with Courtney in the Big Apple!

That is such a cute card. If that set is still available, I think I need to get it.

How cute is this!!! I want to make the card…but I want to eat s’mores more! You know I have never had one….?
Connie
That is outrageous Carol Mac. Never ate a S’More! You must try one soon. Just get graham crackers (digestive biscuits if you can’t find graham crackers) and chocolate (preferably Hershey milk chocolate). Roast a couple of marshmallows over an open fire on a clothes hanger.. Put 2 graham crackers down, side by side. On top of one graham cracker, put the milk chocolate, top with the roasted marshmallows, and then put the other graham cracker on top and gently squeeze. Next, bite down and enjoy the sensation! Yummy yum yum!!!

Cute card! Love the coloring, and the ink blending on the heart. I don’t have that stamp set, but I do have the heart dies, so I may try something similar with what I’ve got. I was curious if the Stampin’ Up inks work with Copics? I’ve never heard them referred to as “Copic friendly,” but yours didn’t seem to bleed here. Not that I have any Copics or Stampin’ Up inks, but I am just wondering. Hope you & Courtney have a wonderful & safe trip in New York! I am pretty sure it will be cooler than it is here in Texas. 🙂 ~ Andrea

Cute card, Darlene! I must purchase that stamp & die set.
I am originally from upstate New York and miss the cooler temps since retiring in Arizona. Hope you and yours have a great trip.

The Stampin Up fine tip glue pen is great i think you said you were getting one.
Easy to use on those fine pieces. Wouldn’t be without it now. Love receiving your creations.
