It’s All in the Details

New Year's

Hi All,

Quick news: Ellen Hutson is having 30% off everything in their Christmas Sale category!

For today’s card, I focused a lot on the details. I created champagne bubbles using colorless blender fluid, the same technique I used on THIS CARD and THIS CARD. I also used a white gel pen for the glass reflection. Here is a close-up:

New Year's

I turned my Falling Snow embossing folder upside-down to match the champagne bubbles. When the idea occurred to me, I was so excited I told my husband about it. Unfortunately, he didn’t think it was as exciting as I did. 🙂

Enjoy the video!

Well, I think that turning the embossing folder upset down to depict bubbles rising behind the champagne glasses was very clever of you – so you can tell you husband that I said so (ha! ha!). This was indeed a clean and simple card and a very effective one too.
