Hi All!
There is snow all over this card! I used stamping with heat embossing, emboss resist, AND masking to create all the different snow on this card. For the overall layout, I was going for a holiday postage stamp look.
Enjoy!

Hi Darlene, Thanks for such a beautiful card. It does look relaxing. I must make one of these to send to my relatives in the U.S. for Christmas. Another great idea again!

Awesome card! I was wondering how you got the branches so white. Before I view the video, I like to try and figure out how you “did it” first. It’s such a peaceful card. Thank you!

Great card Darlene! I’ve just ordered the Sheltering Tree specifically hoping I could use it for wintry cards, and presto…..you’ve given us a great idea and embossing technique!
From “the Great White North”, you’ve nailed the look!

Beautiful card Darlene, this is the way our trees look up here in NW. Indiana after a really abundant snow fall. I love, love the way you created the “snow”, this technique with the masking fluid is easy and the results are spectacular.
Thank you for sharing.
Maria.

Just like everyone else, I’m loving this card……but then I love all of your cards, nothing new there. I think I just have to have this stamp set I love the other card you did with set also. But this would be just perfect for my Christmas cards this year. Thanks Darlene.

Awesome card Darlene, it reminded me of the trees in Alaska (the clear embossing powder) of the ice storms that engulfed the trees in pure glistening ice. Thanks for the technique and how to.

OMG!! LOVE LOVE LOVE this card!! It looks so beautiful but how easy to make! Well, you make it look easy. I will have to try the masking fluid. Thanks for teaching me so much stuff! Who would’ve thought to move the stamp up a little to make the snow? Very creative. Thanks again.
