Holiday Wreath with a Leaf Stamp

Leaf Stamp Wreath

Hi All!

Hope you’re having a wonderful Thanksgiving week! I have one more leaf card before the end of this month’s challenge, but I’ve used it unconventionally by creating a wreath from it. You can create a wreath with any leaf stamp, but I think the smaller the stamp, the easier it is.

I used another flower stamp from the set to decorate the wreath. Here is a close-up:

I hope this helps you stretch your stamps a bit, especially during the holiday season! I’ll be back with some sale announcements soon. Happy Thanksgiving!

Oh I love this wreath and the Altenew stamp set too. It looks just like a Hawaiian Christmas wreath. Hawaii is so special for us because we married there! Wonder if you’ll be attending the Cowboys vs Chargers Thanksgiving Day game in Arlington. We’ve already set it to record on cable. Enjoy your weekend!!

Connie, believe it or not, I am not a football fan! I won’t even be watching the game on TV. That’s blasphemy in Texas I think. 🙂

I can well understand why you feel this way. I feel the same way about Australia Rules, Rugby, and League (3 forms of football in Australia). But I’ll always have a soft spot in my heart for the Longhorns and Cowboys because I grew up watching them.

So clever Darlene. I too like the Hawaiian look. We honeymooned in Maui. Such a beautiful place. Happy Thanksgiving.

I love how you kept the card simple. Great classic color palette, with the addition of the kraft cardstock to warm it up even more. Hope you have a wonderful Thanksgiving! 🙂 ~ Andrea

Darlene, I totally love this wreath card!!! So CAS! Now, I’m going to check out all my stamp sets to find a good leaf stamp, since I don’t own the Altenew one you used.
Hope you and your fam have a wonderful Thanksgiving!

    XO Ree
