Dog’s Ruff Day

Ruff Day

Ruff Day

Hi All,

Some quick news: Simon Says Stamp is having 25% off all Copics today through July 14th. Use code HUES at checkout. If you need help deciding, check out my favorite colors HERE.

This is the second time I have used this stamp set, called You Make My Tail Wag. The first was just last week on THIS CARD. There is also a cat version if you’re more of a cat person. I actually bought it because of the front-and-back dog – he’s so cute! Here’s a close-up of his face:

Ruff Day

I used my Simon Says Stamp Game Tile die to create the window – a little die stretching there. I also used my new Stampin’ Up! brick embossing folder for the first time. I really like the shapes of these bricks.

Okay, Even though I’m a Siamese Cat Person rather than a dog person, I still broke down and bought this adorable stamp set because a lot of my friends are dog people. I had a credit with Amazon and so decided to use it to buy the last stamp set. It is so popular that it seems to be out of stock almost everywhere! And I’m sure your wonderful cards in the last 2 weeks have definitely made it even more popular.

Thanks for asking Celia. Courtney had a little relapse at the end of last week, but she has been fever-free for almost a week! I think she has finally recovered. 🙂

Thats great to hear. I know what you were going through as my 5 year-old grandson, Nathan, in Hong Kong has just completed a year of intense treatment for chemo! He still has 18 months of treatment to go but God has carried the whole family and us. Nathan talks to his little friends about Jesus being the best friend you can have! I am so grateful we have Him to lean on. Love and thanks for a great website!

Poor Nathan! I’m so sorry to hear that little thing has to go through something so terrible. I will pray for him while he is on this difficult journey. And for you too Celia. I bet it’s hard to be so far away from him.

Thank you for your prayers Dalene.
I meant to say Leukemia, not chemo, but I see that you read it as it is meant to be LOL
            Thanks again
