Hi All!
Hope you are having a great week! Today’s card is pretty simple, and I think it would make a great masculine card. I like any combination of purple, green, and black. My current craft room has a lot of those colors, and I think I may duplicate the combo in my new craft room.
I’ve been using Simon Says Stamp Green Apple a lot. I love this color so much that in my next order I’m getting an entire package of this cardstock. It’s just so cheerful and matches a lot of other colors.
By the way, I’ll be doing the heads-up post for August’s challenge on Monday, so come back to visit then. Enjoy the video and have a wonderful weekend!

Hi Darlene! I think this card is terrific because I too like green and navy together. For a long time I hated green because I wore it as a girl’s school uniform for years. But I got back to liking it in all its shades when teamed up with certain blues. I also really liked the graphic twist die along with everything else about this card. It will definitely make a great masculine card. Thanks again for your inspiration!

Great card, so love the green with the blue violet.

Hi Darlene: I really love this graphic card, it’s simple but at the same time, the die cut swirls make an awesome impact.
Thank you for another great video.

I really like clean and simple cards but I have the worst time creating them. Yours is lovely! (And I love the colors!)

LOVE the color combo and the die…great any time card.

Man oh man, the things you think of…that die looks great by just adding the negative pieces back in and the little tiny strip of green on the blue strip. I would not have thought of that! Love the card!
Diana
Love it!! You are right – a great masculine card. Lots of ways to use that die. Thanks!!

Love this card Darlene. The colors are great together. Wish I had a similar die to try that technique. Another creative idea from you.

I was just looking at this die, thinking how would it be used on a card. So I’m glad you showed a card with it. It is a beautiful card! I’ve also been hearing about this precision plate, glad you told more about that too! Hugs, Brenda
Connie
Hi Brenda, if you or anyone else can find the Precision Plate in stock, please let us know. I’ve done some online research today and been told by several suppliers that it is out of stock world wide right now. Thanks!

Love it!

Loving the graphic twist die!! I also love the colors you used. great card! I will definitely make this card. I think all the men I send birthday cards too are tired of getting cards with flowers on them!!?

I’m also in love with blue and green and this card hits me in all the right ways!! I will have to have that die. I just finished a masculine card and it took forever to come up with an idea. This is perfect and I plan on casing this card quite a few times! Thanks
Darlene for another GRRRReat! card

I agree Isabelle! For some reason, it brings to mind that talent show the Brady Bunch went on when Peter lost his voice. Have you ever watched that show? It was so long ago! Not sure you got it in France.

Love the clean, simple look of this card, Darlene. I really like how the bold colors work with the graphic look. Tfs! ~ Andrea

Hi Denise. It will be one year on January 5th, so we’re only a little more than 1/2-way in. I’m so glad to hear you are enjoying the posts. Thank you for telling me! 🙂
