Colorburst Butterflies

Colorburst Butterflies

Hi All!

I’m using my Color Burst powders today. I only have the Brights set, but I find that they are totally sufficient for my enjoyment! They give the brightest and most vibrant look of all my color mediums.

I created my own background with all the butterfly stamps that come with this Pink Ink Butterfly Kisses set. The quality is great, and I love the images. Here is a close-up:

Well, this card is a big winner because I simply love butterflies. I also haven’t used my colour burst powders in quite a while. Thanks for sharing this gorgeous card with us. I’m definitely going to CASE it soon.

Wow, wow, wow. The vibrant color is superb. Do you think we could try similar colors for some fall leaves? I may just try as I have done some research and found vibrant blues, reds and purple leaves. This may be the most gorgeous card you have done. ! I love it and will try to do something like it. Another background could be created with the extra color dabbed off. These cool colors are my favorite as I am a winter myself.

I love the vibrancy of your background! The Color Burst colors really make your butterflies pop. Great idea too to stamp many butterflies at once with the MISTI. Not only does it save time, but I think you can be more deliberate in your placement, so as to avoid awkward or trapped spaces between images. One of those, “why didn’t I think of that before???” moments! LOL Thanks so much for sharing this, Darlene! Hope you have a wonderful weekend, too. Hopefully this rainy weather will move away soon. 🐱 ~ Andrea

Fabulous card. Love the dynamic colors and especially the sentiment with the ribbon and the placement of the butterfly section with white surrounding it. How pretty!
