Christmas Trees, I mean Witch Hats…

Witch Hats

Hi All,

I got this Quirky Trees set because I thought it would make a fun modern Christmas card, but I had the idea of maybe using the trees as witch hats for Halloween. With the Halloween colors, I think it worked pretty well!

As I said when we started the Halloween challenge, I’m not much of a Halloween card-maker, but I’m really enjoying it! I’m especially liking the challenge of using stamps that are not for Halloween. It’s always great to stretch your stamps!

Enjoy the video!

I’m really enjoying your Halloween cards. If we sent Halloween cards in Australia, I’d have a lot of good ideas. This card was exceptionally clever. Using those zany trees as hats was a great example of lateral thinking. Full marks for that one!

What a great example of thinking outside the box! I love how you used the trees for something totally different. The one fit on the pumpkin just perfectly–like it was meant to be. Thanks so much for sharing! 🐱 ~ Andrea
